Choir brings the joy of music to crowd of 250 in Coffee Concert success

Music and cake proved to be a winning combination at today's Coffee Concert, attracting a huge audience for the choir's first ever concert.

And it wasn't just the roof being raised either, the raffle generated a whopping £126 which will be going to a dementia music charity so that others can benefit from the power of music too.

Rev. Hazel Charlton, Choir Leader, welcomed everyone warmly and said "If you like what you've heard and we have inspired you, come and join the choir. Whether you think you can sing or not, come along and you will be most welcome!"

With this success under their belt, the choir are now looking forward to preparing new songs for their other forthcoming performances, details of which can be found in our events calendar.
